2018 Tennis Club Championships

Matches are to be scheduled by you and your opponent(s) with the following deadlines:

• For draws with 4 or fewer players/teams, the first match (semifinals) must be played by March 18^th and the finals by April 1st.
• For draws that have 5-8 players/teams, the quarterfinals must be played by March 4th^th, the semifinals by March 18^th and the finals by April 1st.
• If players/teams have not played their match by the deadline, the player/team that has been unable to play despite being given at least 3 options from the opponent will be defaulted. If neither team has made the effort to schedule the match a coin toss will determine who shall advance.

The format is same as USTA/CTA league; 2 sets with a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set. However, if at the conclusion of the second set, all players agree, a third set may be played out. If any player wants to play the 10-point tiebreak, the tiebreak must be played.It is strongly recommended that you discuss your preference with your partner ahead of time.

Once you have agreed to a day and time for your match, please reserve a court for 2 hours online or through the Sports Club. Also, please email me at michaelb@clubmediterra.com so that I can let the members now.

Balls will be provided.

WInners are responisble for emailing me the results immediately following the match.
