Important Tournament Information:

Format:

Best of 3 Sets, Regular Scoring. 10 point match tiebreaker for the third set.

Tournament Committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and circumstances.

Cost:

$30 per event

Payments will be collected via stripe at the time of registration. In order to be entered into the draw you must complete payment by the registration deadlines.

Awards for winners and finalists

Which Rating Category should I sign up for

• Players may choose to play up if desired
• Players may not move down a level.
• The tournament committee has final discretion to determine the proper rating category of all players.
• All Juniors (18 and under) must sign up for 4.0 level or higher

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: June 4, 2021

SCHEDULING GUIDELINES:

• All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament.
• Weekday matches will be played at 5pm, 6:30pm and 8pm
• Weekend matches will be played at 1pm, 2:30pm, 4pm and 5:30pm
• Matches scheduled must be played at scheduled times. We will not reschedule.
• We will attempt to accommodate work related conflicts with the exception of consecutive day conflicts or work travel.
• Players must check in at the tournament desk at least 15 minutes before scheduled match.
• Late Penalties: 15 minutes results in 3 game penalty, 30 minutes results in forfeit.
• If you enter two events, or if we experience extended periods of inclement weather, be prepared to play twice in a day.

• Maximum 2 events

• You may play in a higher rating category if desired for either or both events.

• All draws will begin play on the first weekend of the tournament.

PAYMENT:

All Payments will be made through the Top Dog Site when you register for your events.

FOR TOURNAMENT UPDATES (I.E. WEATHER, MATCH TIMES ETC.) CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND TOPDOG WEBSITE. MATCH SCHEDULES MAY BE ADJUSTED ON A DAILY BASIS DUE TO CONFLICTS ARISING FROM THE PREVIOUS DAYS PLAY.
